When she and her brothers and their spouses opened their family restaurant When In Rome in Leucadia, California over 35 years ago, the community welcomed their new recipes. The Southern Italian region is known for its flavorful seasonal fruits and vegetables, and abundance of fresh fish and farm raised poultry along with incredible hospitality. Her remarkable family of restaurateurs shares Rosina’s talent and pride for authenticity. It's an Italian legacy with a family heritage that began in Calabria.
